The galleries below are representative of the visual style of the artist, making use of the microscope’s stage as a mirror of the macroscopic stage and spotlight, adjusting contrast with the condenser and using the Köhler illumination unconventionally – casting shadows where necessary – and with the exception of the Unclassified Selection (which is comprised of standalone images), each carry a narrative motif to guide the viewing experience.
